Introduction of changes

Registration of amendments to the constituent documents of a legal entity is carried out in accordance with the Federal Law "On State Registration of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs" of August 08, 2001 № 129-ФЗ.

Registration of amendments to the constituent documents of the legal entity is required when:

- Change of the legal entity name;
- Change of the legal entity location;
- Change of activities;
- Changes in share capital;
- Setting up a branch or representative office of a legal entity.
