Statements of Incorporation / Private Entrepreneur

In accordance with the Federal Law "On State Registration of Legal Entities and Private Entrepreneurs" of August 08, 2001 № 129-ФЗ in Russian Federation there are  state registers kept containing information on the establishment, reorganization and liquidation of legal entities, on individuals acquiring the private entrepreneur status or terminating their activities as PE and other information on legal entities, individual entrepreneurs and relevant documents.

Information about a specific legal entity or individual entrepreneur contained in the state registers is provided in the form of extracts from the relevant state register;
